The History of Tap & Vine Tapas & Cocktails in Charlotte
Our commitment to providing quality food and atmosphere is part of the reason we have been welcomed by our Charlotte community since the first Tap & Vine Tapas & Cocktails location opened in July 2020. The positive reception and growing demand for Tap & Vine Tapas & Cocktail’s unique offerings led to the expansion of two new locations, Quail Hollow and Ballantyne (as seen in Charlotte Magazine). No matter which location you choose, you’re guaranteed an excellent experience from start to end. Meet Our Founders
Our founder, Joe Maus, along with his wife Stephanie, were already well-known in the community through their charitable efforts and business success. Joe and Stephanie’s commitment to quality is evident in the success of their restaurant ventures. As of now, their restaurants collectively employ over 135 individuals, creating job opportunities and contributing to the local Charlotte economy.
